Ron had a successful twenty -year auto racing career up and down the East coast, including his most thrilling win as the surprise victor of the 1981 Talladega 500 during only his 11th Winston Cup start, which helped win him that seasons “Rookie of the Year” title.

In 1986 Ron Bouchard opened his first car dealership, The Honda Store, in his home town of Fitchburg. He and Paula built their business up to six franchises including Nissan, Kia, Honda, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Acura.

Ron Bouchard’s Auto Stores have now been proudly family owned and operated for over 30 years. We’ve built our reputation in and around Central Massachusetts by adhering to our customer first approach. Ron always said “At our dealership, you are more than a customer, you are our reputation!” We strive to build lifelong business relationships with our clients.

Born and raised in Fitchburg, I attended Lawrence Academy before going on to the University of Tampa, Florida. I have worked throughout the business since 2001 as a Porter, Detailer, Parts Driver, and Sales Consultant, before working my way up to my current position as Chief Operating Officer. I am proud to continue the Bouchard family tradition of serving central Massachusetts and putting the customer first.

Outside of the dealership, I played professional golf for six years, including PGA Tour Latino America and the Web.com Tour. In my spare time, I’m the world’s biggest Bruins fan!

I was raised in Arlington, MA. I’ve been in the automotive industry since 1994, and joined the team at Ron Bouchard’s Auto Stores in 2006. Since then I have worn many hats, in almost every showroom within the group, from Sales Manager to my current position as Sales Director.

Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my son and going to the beach. I’m also an avid advocate for Autism Awareness. I started a foundation for Autism to help educate and assist the local Autism community. The foundation primarily works to supply local children in need with tools to aid in communication, including iPads.

I have been in the automotive business since 1983, and with Ron Bouchard’s since 1990. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and playing with my grandchildren.

I grew up in Central MA, attending Ayer High School and Fitchburg State University. I’ve been with Ron Bouchard Auto Stores since February 2005. I began as part of the sales team, and have had the pleasure of growing my role here as the company grew. I’ve held many positions over the years including Sales Consultant, Internet Sales Manager, Kia Sales Manager, BDC Director, and now Marketing Director. My background in advertising and graphic design helped me evolve into the position I hold today.

I found pride working in the automotive industry when I realized that, aside from a home, this is one of the biggest purchases a consumer can make. If we can assist someone through their purchase, giving them a pleasant experience and helping them find the right vehicle, than we have done our job well. This ideology aligns perfectly with the Bouchard family’s customer first philosophy. I am proud to work for a company that truly puts customer satisfaction above all else. That is the formula for long term success.

Outside work I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, hiking, yoga, snowboarding, live music, dancing, and relaxing on the beach.
